Roadmap: Setting a priority for deployment of features is an important step in understanding how to deliver a platform on time and in budget. What does your MVP look like and how and when will you roll-out those features as the platform matures.
Deliverables: You’ll receive a comprehensive scope of work document, a system structure with user journeys and an overview of what the system needs to do. Where appropriate we can deliver visual prototypes to further explore the platform.
