It’s more important to ask ‘What does your customer want?’, because that’s who we are building this experience for, right?
The customer will highlight where your value to them is. It’s then your job to focus your website or app on achieving that customer satisfaction and in turn your own business goals.
Always ask questions, don’t assume you know what your customers think or do. Engage with them and you’ll start uncovering some interesting things that can make a big difference in the way you think and approach your digital presence.
