While Stance Sets focuses on the physical, our work with RiskSure was all about streamlining operations. We are excited to announce that Version 1 of the RiskSure Survey Management Platform is now complete and live.

They needed to move away from manual tracking, messy spreadsheets, and fragmented data. We built a centralised system that handles the heavy lifting:

  • Automated Survey Capture: A bespoke webform that feeds directly into a central hub, instantly notifying both the client and the admin team.
  • Intelligent Oversight: A "Survey List" and Map View that give the team a bird’s-eye view of all activity.
  • Proactive Alerts: A built-in notification system that flags surveys approaching their expiry, ensuring nothing ever slips through the cracks.
  • Precision Analytics: Two-tiered reporting that allows the business to see top-level stats or drill down into client-specific performance.
